As the founder of HomeBase For Heroes™ (HFH), Delta leads a mission-driven initiative providing high-quality, community-focused co-living spaces for veterans, traveling nurses, and professionals seeking safe, supportive housing.
Guided by his belief that home is more than a place it’s a foundation for thriving, Delta is redefining what modern community living can be: affordable, connected, and purpose-driven. Through HFH, he’s building not just homes, but opportunities, support networks, and pathways for growth.

Dear Friends,
Welcome to HomeBase For Heroes™.
When I first envisioned HFH, I wanted to do more than provide housing, I wanted to create a safe haven where people feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I know firsthand the challenges many face when transitioning into new chapters of life from finding stable housing to rebuilding a sense of purpose and belonging.
This mission became personal. I founded HFH to bridge the gap between quality living and community care, creating spaces where veterans, traveling nurses, and professionals can thrive together. Every decision we make from the homes we design to the services we provide reflects one guiding belief:

Our goal is simple but powerful: to offer more than just rooms we create a home, a family, and a foundation for the future. Whether you’re a resident, a partner, or a supporter, your involvement helps us build something bigger than ourselves.
